Seniority List Update
As posted on March 5 in NSHA News, Bargaining Unit seniority lists are now available to view on the NSHA intranet site at the following link:
http://intra.nshealth.ca/peopleservices/SitePages/Home.aspx
Please note that the timeline for submitting an Appeal for the Health Care, Administrative Professional and Support Bargaining Units has been extended to align with Nursing at 60 days from the date the lists were posted. This was agreed to with the unions in this case to recognize that these are the first provincial seniority lists posted and to allow employees reasonable time to access and review the lists.
The new deadline for all Bargaining Units to submit an Appeal in writing is May 31, 2019.
Any employee questioning their seniority date is asked to complete the “Seniority Appeal
Form” also available at the above link. This form must be returned to the People Services Department within the time frames noted above. It can be emailed as an attachment from your work email to @email, faxed to 902-473-8499, dropped off or mailed to your local People Services Department.
